After consulting the Oracle, I have seen the future and it holds a tarot card reader (with table and two chairs) in the 'North Shattuck Plaza' (or at least that little little newspaper peninsula in front of Coldwell Banker's office.
One Mark Browning (a south Berkeley resident) was issued a permit from the city on May 7th to set up shop as North Berkeley's officially sanctioned soothsayer.
Do tell.
Hopefully he'll wear a colorful costume to go with his colorful cards.
